How can I sign up?
It's super easy to get started! Download the GCX FITNESS app, create your account, and provide us with your info. We'll then craft a personalized plan just for you. You'll receive an email to complete the payment and kick off your fitness journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to build your plan.
How will we track your results?
In your app, you can upload photos and measurements. This data helps us create a customized progress graph that shows your achievements and guides us in adjusting your plan.
I'm new to this, is it beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Our programs are designed to be beginner-friendly. We'll start you off with a personalized workout plan that's tailored to your fitness level and goals. You'll have access to video demonstrations for each exercise, so you'll feel confident even if you're new to fitness. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
Will it be the same every month?
No, we'll keep things fresh! Each month, you'll see an increase in weight, new exercises, and updates to your nutrition plan to keep you challenged and progressing.
Can I work out at home?
You bet! We can create a personalized home workout plan just for you. To get the most out of your workouts, I recommend having resistance bands and a pair of dumbbells. If you don't have dumbbells, you can use filled water bottles. Remember to select the "home workouts" option when customizing your plan.
Is this service a subscription?
Yes, the GCX Fitness app requires a subscription. You can choose from monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles. While there are no contracts tying you down, please note that you'll need to cancel your subscription at least 72 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
How can I unsubscribe from this service?
To end your subscription, kindly send an email cancellation request at least 3 business days before your renewal date. Please note that once you cancel all plans, your previous program will no longer be accessible.
